By filling in the appropriate boxes as you complete your order, you can pay using your debit card or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express). Our site is a secure site, with state-of-art controls in place to assure that your confidential information remains private. To that end, after each separate transaction on our site, we destroy all records of your form of payment in our files. You can also give us your information over the phone for us to enter along with your purchase. This will expedite our getting your order out as efficiently as we are able.
You are also welcome to mail us a check for your purchase, but please be aware that this procedure will add several days on to the successful completion of your purchase - possibly up to two weeks.

Shipping
We normally use DHL ground and fed Ex ground for deliveries. Your purchases are shipped from our store in Tennessee and should arrive at your destination within 5 business days of receipt of the order. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email or phone within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Our regular delivery charges are for deliveries within the 48 contiguous states. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii will have slightly higher shipping charges. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.

Within 15 days of delivery you may return any item purchased through our web site either directly to our store in Tellico Plains,TN, or with the delivery service of your choice (DHL, UPS, FedEX, or US postal service). There is a 25% restocking fee for all unauthorized returns. Any return or exchange item must be in original condition and contain all original packaging. Items shipped to you in a sealed package cannot be returned if opened. Enclose the purchase invoice, a note describing the reason for your return, along with your address and a daytime phone number. We are not able to refund you for shipping charges.

Damaged Returns
If your item is damaged when received, call us, at 1-423-253-6767, for instructions. We will arrange for the item to be picked up by our carrier, and after inspecting the damage, we will send you another like item or a refund, whichever you prefer.
By placing your order you acknowledge that you have read, understand our policy, agree and accept the terms and conditions as stated herein.

Special Orders
We are glad to take your special orders. Special orders have to be ordered by us from the company, just for you. If we need to do this to fill your order, we require 10% of the cost of your purchase before ordering. This is non refundable, and insures us that you are serious about the order. The other 90% will be charged to your credit card at the time of shipment. Special order merchandise is not returnable unless it is damaged by the carrier. If we need to special order for you, we will inform you through email, before the transaction takes place.
